Course overview

This course delivers the technical information necessary to successfully service and support HP ProLiant servers. The participants can expect to gain a technical understanding of HP ProLiant ML, DL and SL servers including typical service procedures like replacing parts and updating firmware. Students will learn how to deploy ProLiant Support Pack for different operating systems and how to configure basic storage and management solutions including iLO2/iLO3 management card. Assists in preparation for the (APS) ProLiant certification exam.

• For HP2-T17 Exam preparation, attend the following courses:
  • HK752S: APS Service Fundamentals Rev 9.41 (8 hrs or 1day)
  • HK753S: Servicing HP ProLiant ML/DL/SL Servers (16 hrs or 2 days)

This course is designed for students who have the required certifications or equivalent knowledge and experience. The course is available to HP partners, HP customers, and internal HP employees. It is intended for first and second level support professionals who are responsible for servicing and supporting ProLiant ML/DL/SL Server products.
